catering for a wedding









In the middle of July I had the opportunity to cook for a vegetarian wedding, these are the picture I could take with my phone’s camera during the ceremony, there will be some professional ones coming soon. It was comforting to be able to work on the menu and collaborate with friends as the bier form Oproer brewery and the bread form the Brakkerij, that uses the by product of the brewers to produce her beautiful buns and ciabattas. Having a vegan chocolate cake done by Zoete Koek and finally use all the organic ingredients from local Dutch farmers.
